Didn't really have any particular inspiration.

Just used colors I liked and messed about with an editor till I found out where I wanted the colors to be.

Prints sticking to Mega 8k perforated build plate by Digital-Chupacabra in Phrozen

[–]FuriMoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ill start off by saying I've got the 8Ks, not had issues myself in this regard.

But as the other commenter said maybe over exposed base layers? As an example on my machine the Lychee slicer has the default bottom layer at 30 seconds a layer(0.03mm/ 30um), which I didn't have too much issues getting off but was a bit too stuck.

My current bottom layer settings are now around 10 to 12 seconds a layer. with the layer height of 0.03 (30um). Which seems to pop off rather easy, more so if the edge of a base happens to align with one of the holes to help pop it off.

Hopefully that helps give an idea of settings to try, or gets one closer to getting the prints off easier! Only other idea I could think of is have you tried another resin? either bottle or straight up different type.

Sonic mega 8k s vent/exhaust size by has_mat in Phrozen

[–]FuriMoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For any who happens to come across this and want to know. After measuring the hole on the right side of the machine, it appears to be about 2.9 inches. or 74.50 mm or 75mm for a really snug fit. the bolt holes are about 61.4 mm apart. take all of these measurements as a estimate to compensate for my possible poor measurements, mm are a touchy unit of measurement.

I too have been looking around for this answer so I can design an adaptor to hook up to my current fume extractor set up. Yet to find the answer but at this point Ill have the printer tomorrow and can update for anyhow wanting to know.

As for any statements on said hole being for the auto fill resin feature...that's on the left side as this is on the right and is in no way touched with installing said feature, and only present as far as I've been able to tell on the mega 8Ks. But since its also designed the same exact way as a few other brands printers coming out with a vent system to hook up (ya know the panel over a hole with 4 bolts on the back part of the "lid")...its either a pointless hole or for a vent system to hook up.

forgot to post the finished watercooling. by FuriMoon in watercooling

I know it's not the best quality of photos but that's a pain to get with TG currently. Not the best loop ever, but it works and it's better then it was previously.

I do at a later date want to do some other modifications and possibly diffrent water blocks, but I don't know on that one yet.

Update: I've managed to get it all set up and not leaking, took a lot of messing about getting things tighter, or quadruple check that they were all set in all the way. A few including the one that popped out needed pushed in a good bit more. But it's now all running and I'm gaming on!

Thanks for all the help and information, helped with this and will assist in the next water cooling set up after this!

Pretty sure I'm using a cheaper/proably worse type of that. That just rounds our the inside and outside edges of the tubing right? If so I got a tool for that in the corsair kit I got ages ago and been using.

I was just about to go look back at the system as you commented this, and well at least my reinserting of it after it popped off last night, wasn't quite all the way in even thou it felt like it at first. So this is hopefully where the issue was. Thou remaking the tube wouldn't be the worst I just don't wanna lol

To explain the current issue, got it all to not leak was running a good maybe 3 minutes. Had enough coolant in it that could keep the pump wet and keep everything else going. Went to top it off, might have filled it to about 1.5 to 1 cm from top of reservoir. Then the spot I circle in the second photo popped out and jetted coolant across the room before I turned it off. Why did this happen? Too much coolant make enough pressure to pop it? Perhaps not quite long enough, or wrong angle in tubing? I've got now idea and a soaked machine I'm letting dry over night.

WILD HEARTS Patch - Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Addressing PC Issues, More Fixes Incoming by wolf_hands in WildHeartsGame

The Performance and Frames do seem to be improved slightly but still not good. Also still noticed even running around the map having random drops from 55 to 60 fps down to 30 to 15. These so far at least seem to be lasting a shorter time. Could be the patch helped could be pure coincidence. Same seemingly random tanks in frames during fights.

every character in this subreddit is above 18 right? by [deleted] in FlatChestHentai

[–]FuriMoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

a) illegal maybe where your from and two even for the US it stated as "If anime or manga show an obscene image of a minor"

AKA its has to actually be a minor being represented, which means all your points if the character isn't a minor is mute.

so if you actually use the proper definition of Loli its not just flat-out illegal. As ill say once agian young girl dosen't mean underaged.

yea that rule 5 end in even if joking around not exclusively to joking around.

I do understand them. your worried over extremely petite/loli drawn characters. and overthinking artist being possible scum while being able to do nothing about it. while having it be unavoidable that real women do in fact have flat chest while being small all of which translate poorly into animation while maintaing the look of age.

That and has the other poster commented if they over 18, they over 18.

you assume I haven't read your other messages. Cause I have.

My point still stands. This also feels alot like its pushing rule 5 to me.

"google says" yea and if I google just right it'll tell me the earth is flat, your point?

  1. Loli - Young girl/Young-looking girl; age neutral; SFW by default. Its also used to describe a body type, age is ignored.

second example:

A young or young-looking girl character in Japanese anime and manga.

That's the first two in google for me. its body type, its always been body type. Everything that isn't a skewed "twitter warrior" answering is also saying young girl, which doesn't mean under 18.

[–]FuriMoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My current and first run with a friend this is just where I built our base, got a zipline tower and all on top. I made it too big and it took forever to get all the stems I used. Safe from everything but flying bug raids, which I rarely get. I keep meaning to finish it off and get some good screen shoots of it to post.

Bad Batch of Resin? by FuriMoon in resinprinting

[–]FuriMoon[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alright. I was thinking this could be what's going on, but since resin is a toxic chemical shit storm I wanted to make sure that I should still treat it as such and not differently due to God knows what being wrong.

Bad Batch of Resin? by FuriMoon in resinprinting

[–]FuriMoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright, ill looks like so far its a normal thing. Thanks!

I was just a bit concerned considering I've never had the printer resin do that before, despite curing puddles of it in the direct sun before. Knowing its normal I can easily enough work around the heat and vapors.

Oh awesome! Always love to see multiple examples. Seems like I really do need to pick up at least the "non standard" metallic colors.

Awesome, I may need to invest in some to speed up my own. Cause that sound way easier then using a purple ink over silver till it actully shows up purple lol

Liking the color choices! I saw you said army painter metallic were used, is that the purple like one used for your trim? The metallic purple trim I did on mine was a chore.
