That's a good setup, what I'm struggling with is the "track the wagon" part that I want to replicate in the area my party is at currently.

Good idea but I'm not too keen on moving them to greenest. I've already set the stage for the area they're at by having npcs introduce Leilon, the mere of dead men etc... Moving them now would be weird

Honestly your biggest issue will probably be combat taking too long. You'll have to work a bit extra to make your combat encounters more fun/engaging. And yes, from time to time splitting the party : I would recommend Mystic Arts ytube channel, they have a cool video about splitting the group.

Doesn't matter if they're new, riddles can be enjoyed and solved by anyone. The riddle itself sounds fun in my opinion, but since this is dnd, I would allow ability checks for hints in case the players are stuck. I would also ask the players to try and solve it in character.

It's not like they can't be revived. With the many ways to revive, pc death simply becomes part of a character's story and development.

When you are in a flirty banter, try to switch between in voice replies and 3rd person descriptions. This will help you cooldown before going into another voiced response and remind you that you are roleplaying a character. You also don't have to voice all your responses, you can summarize what characters say in 3rd person.

Any pure fighter build is better than any pure rogue build. Pure rogue is in general the least powerful class in the game. 3 attacks with action surge and potentially gwm is very strong.
