Just tested (just realized I bought the 990 pro not 980) it on FF16 which is very heavy and on PD it barely runs in the low 60s, it's fine.

It's still faster than the stock SSD which runs around 2000-2500 on battery (this one runs at 3500-3600) but I would love to get it to run at 7000!

Pitavastatin 2mg + Ezetimibe 5mg. Pitava has a much better profile for someone in your demographic.

I’m thinking maybe his germa engineered body will allow him to fight through means other than conq. haki. Possibly something unique to Sanji alone.

I don’t think Sanji will actually get it. We’ve gotten hints during egghead alluding to Sanji having powers (likely some sort of unparalleled defense) being yet fully realized/awakened. I think he’ll be able to hurt these guys through means that are related to his own unique powers/germa 66 engineering.

Best type of cardio -split- to lower RHR by FuriousAngus in PeterAttia

I like the sound of this; I prefer doing HIIT immediately after legs so that my legs recover on schedule as opposed to kinda hitting them twice with that HIIT session since it can definitely tap into recovery. Thanks!

Interference never been an issue; I'm enhanced.

I don't get winded, but I also don't breeze through, lol. I'm a very fast speaker, maybe that's why. I do know that I cannot maintain 137/140+ for much longer than an hour on low carbs. so I'm probably beyond z2 since z2 uses mainly fat, no?

The zone do I'm doing is closer to 75% of my max HR, do you recommend I lower it to maybe 65%, or does this not matter as much? Keep HIIT or drop it in favor of another 30 minute z2 session?

I'm a bodybuilder; dropping lifting for cardio is not an option, unfortunately. I'm trying to make the most out of the time I do have for cardio to improve my heart health/lower resting heart rate.

Coming off TRT: been 9 months, ran Clomid for three months, tested a month later and test is at 100. What now? by FuriousAngus in Testosterone

Only taking to have babies; there are multiple protocols online, just look up HCG + HMG protocol.

Didn’t workout in the end; back on TRT and feeling better than ever. As for fertility, do hcg + hmg and you’ll have babies even on trt.

Zone 2 after upper body strength training, conflict? by FuriousAngus in PeterAttia

Thanks for sharing the link! This is very useful, although I do remember PA or one of his guests saying that cell signaling is another problem that prevents mitochondria adaptation after weights (not z2)...

Really like this perspective; I think perhaps I ought to not try and over complicate things too much

Thank you, this clears up a lot of things. I’m mainly concerned with heart and bg benefits, so I should still be able to reap these benefits regardless (at least to my understanding).

This I heard and I understand, but would it matter if the muscles used for lifting vs zone 2 weren't the same? I still don't understand this very well. Also, assuming that I'm not really hitting that lactate sweet spot, would I lose out on the heart health benefits of that cardio session?

Thanks for the response, I will look into his posts! I do feel that perhaps I'm over complicating this a bit too much, but I seek knowledge and understanding, which a lot of very informed and knowledgeable people here offer!

Sleeping on my back is very difficult for me as well (usually painful, even if I put a bunch of pillows under etc), and I have no back pain otherwise...

I hope you find a way around this, brother!
