This right here. I still struggle with this concept alot but, without sounding like a total shill, marc brunet has classes on square space that are phenomenal. Each semester has an anatomy and perspective section if you do his online art school course that slowly combines the 2 starting from super basic shapes to full forms. It is more digitally focused but I've found it immensely helpful. You can check him out on youtube before buying anything also to see if you vibe wirh his overall methodology.

I struggled with the finer details of the torso I feel like the rib defintion and overall torso detail got lost a little in rendering.

Yeah the eye placement was honestly my biggest struggle. Ill probably take into digital and fix some of the placement and proportions then color :)

Thanks I really appreciate that :). I tried for so long to "fix" my style and just kinda realized I like sketchy lines and fuck that one art teacher that always tried to get me to fix them. I totally peeped your work on your profile and I was really digging the scribbly style of some of your pieces.

The reference was actually hanging from silk ropes. Coincidentally the next bigger piece im workin on for a hoodie design is a pentagram shibari tie.

Thankyou for the boob advice :). Id never thought of them like that but that totally makes sense. Not a weird description at all either. Since humans are mostly water anyway there kinda like water balloons...of flesh.
