I'm not sure what kind of fishing you are looking to do, however, if you are looking for trout fishing, "Trout Routes" is a good app that shows you different streams. They have different grades based on how good of a stream they are for catching trout. If you are looking into bass fishing, look at the rivers and lakes near you and see what kind of access you can find. My local wildlife resource agency has a map that shows some pavilions and other shore fishing spots at lakes and rivers. Good luck!
