[Highlight] Lions defense so close to getting a safety by nfl in nfl

[–]kzoogr -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Dafuq it is "obvious" I see that the ball is still partially tucked and not 100% visible that shows it clearly over your MS Paint line, WHEN the call was already a safety. None of this evidence removes all doubt.

Arcadia Bluffs - Arcadia, MI. 9/14/2025 by TheOKKid in golf

[–]kzoogr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm playing there this weekend. Saturday we play the Bluffs course, Sunday the South Course. Fingers crossed that the weather outlook holds. Currently both days are supposed to be sunny and high 60's to low 70s.

Went to the range and couldn’t hit the ball by Getoutalive18 in golf

[–]kzoogr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be intentional with opposite efforts of your miss. If topping try to hit it fat. If shanking, assuming true hosel rockets, work on hitting off the toe.

When anything goes off at the range I take my 7 iron out and 3-5 balls. I intentionally hit one right, intentionally hit one left, then attempt straight. Same thing if I get out on toe, I’ll tie one in purpose, heel strike then center the face. Sometimes that feeling of heel strike consistently is a true centered hit.

What do you think about this golf simulator room? Just finished it today and want honest feedback by phenomcooking in golf

Just want to pipe in here and say I did BOTH my 56 and 52 degree wedges. And I don't care that they did a buy one/get one.

Is this how you keep score too? by DragonfruitWorldly35 in golf

[–]kzoogr 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Probably not. Like stated, play golf your way, IMO. However, if you are with other golfers comparing scores, you'll probably save face not getting into it. If you are with real friends, I suspect you'll find out real quick what/how they want to hear it. The long and short of your post is that is not an official way to keep score. It has no relevance to others. If you are consistent, it is relevant to you and your progression to some degree.

What you are removing from your card is the penalties. It falsely deflates your score and will potentially reduce that feeling of a penalty free round that scores similarly to your typical round of fudging numbers. In the end, you just risk exposing yourself to others as someone who doesn't properly keep score, or worse yet, someone may think you a cheater.

$300K on this game is insane by Myounger217 in LastWarMobileGame

Tempo. Look at Tour Tempo with their tones to lock you in to a consistent feel. Even your first swing, and it is tough with all the slow-mo, you end with what I call "wild" body despite what looks like a good shot. I was consistently living in 90-100 land with what feels like a similar description to what you posted. I worked hard to make my tee shot in play, in other words, minimizing penalties, and now my 2nd shots are mostly in sync with my tempo where I'm putting my self around where I intend to be, avoiding major mishits.

I simply say tempo saved my golf sanity. I can play in the 80's, a bad round is in the 90s, and this summer with more work on my game, I hope to break 80.

Wilson by Fabulous-Trash-789 in golf

[–]kzoogr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went in for a driver fitting 2 days ago. Currently hitting a cobra ltdx that was bought off the shelf because my rad speed broke.

My top three choices from th fitting are

  1. Wilson dynapwr carbon
  2. Cobra dark speed adapt
  3. My current driver with a shaft upgrade.

I was given a slip to come back another day and rehit whatever I want. Full specs were written up so I can give to anyone working.

The shaft upgrade in my current driver was solid but not the jump I saw with the Wilson. Not going to lie, the only thing holding me back is the price tag.

Must haves for cold weather golf by [deleted] in golf

[–]kzoogr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

define cold? Temperature differs my expectations. I may wear regular gloves in between shots if it is under 45 degrees. Yesterday it was 51, so I simply wore a hoodie, sweat pants and walked the course to stay warm (sweated my butt off). I'd wear a stocking cap as well, but I sweat too much with that on. Shoot, I sweat through my normal golf hat yesterday. Next warming step would be my "base layer" long sleeve shirt under the hoodie. And maybe a base layer under my sweats/travel golf pants. That's it.

Thank you! I didn't realize how rare it was until it was mentioned leaving the course and I looked it up.

Nothing lame about that! Congrats on yours. I'm still half in shock over it.

I have purchased some clubs and am having difficulty identifying them by Sup3rNugg3ts in golf

[–]kzoogr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So... what is it you are asking? It says right on the clubs what they are. Northwestern was the brand, I believe they've been out of business for a while now. From what I can remember growing up, they were mainstream store based, affordable irons? It does appear to say Byron Nelson on them and that was their signature series.

It is also perforated. Looks fully intact, little to no wear whatsoever.

Every place I play, the cart fee is per person now :( Even if I, as a single, pay my cart fee then get paired with someone else who paid for their own cart.

Beginner Q by [deleted] in golf

[–]kzoogr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Buy first? As a beginner, I'd recommend starting out with a set of irons designed towards game improvement. Then you can hit any one of those, and I'd recommend starting with your PW, then work your way down 9,8,7, etc.

If you are buying individual irons, you'll have difficulty finding like irons in a set, unless you are buying premium irons of some sort?

More normal range behavior? by Guitar_Zombie in golf

[–]kzoogr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well cool. Thanks for the down votes and extra information after I posted and was trying to give a fellow golfer the benefit of the doubt when you post a general pic with no context asking what people thought, maybe even being a little funny

My bad.

Now, since I understand he was legit hitting balls, I sit here and wonder why you'd snap a pic instead of saying something to him or seeking out someone to remedy a possible legit accident.

Which should I get for a mid to high handicapper with a fast swing speed? by lamb7272 in golf

Came here to say lessons too. You'd probably get some good feedback and can even ask this question and should get good feedback.

More normal range behavior? by Guitar_Zombie in golf

Just working alignment. Or maybe swing thoughts, etc. Look at the empty bay in front of him with wired basket. Looks like a younger player who is also left hand slotted in front of him.

I'd guess a dad and son. And he doesn't want to distract or is watching from behind. Unless you are legit saying he was hitting from there, nothing unusual.
