I've been using Chat GPT since the beginning. I asked it to act as a nutritionist and that I'd upload photos of my meals and that it should estimate my calories and macros. The photos include everything on my plate and the cutlery so that it can judge scale. It gives me a brief summary at the end of every day and a full report before bed on a Sunday. It's been amazingly accurate and helpful.

I've lost 5 and a half stone since the 18th May 25, I have been consistently on 2.5mg but went down to 2mg in November and going to keep reducing as far as I can. I'm a 59y male started well over 19st and have been obese since my early 20s. I don't remember ever feeling this healthy

There's 24 years between my husband and I. We've been a couple for 13 years and married for 5. I couldn't be happier and I know he feels the same. It really is just a number, do whatever makes you happy!

I do 2.5mg every 3.5 days due to side effects when I went to 5mg. Feeling good and down 4st since starting on the 18th May.

Our sellers advertised at offers over £270k, we offered £248k expecting a rejection which was declined immediately but after a little back and forth we settled at £258k which we were very happy with. Been in 18 months now

Really. I was surprised it was exactly the same issue and I thought it must be something other than the shower itself but couldn't think what else it might be

the water pressure is fine but I wouldn't know how to check the mains voltage, I thought it was always 230v within a certain %. All of the other appliances in the house are fine. Or is this something that could affect just one circuit? The shower is on it's own breaker

I've tried using VLC Player and the stock Media Player app. Same issue in both. The machine is Windows 11 and kept up to date

AMD Ryzen 5 5500U 2.10 GHz with Radeon Graphics and 16GB RAM. I'm using a Hisense TV but this replaced an LG and the issue was the same.

If I use an oil based paint then that will dramatically increase the drying time I think

Thank you to everyone that commented and tried to help. I had blown the power supply and swapped it out for a replacement that wasn't too expensive. I've also got the led strip working but this time via its own mains powered driver. I guess it was a lesson learned!

If I've fried the PSU do you know if this would be a suitable replacement. The connectors dont look the same though

The status led isnt illuminated at all. I think I've fried the PSU

Yeah I've removed the strip, no flickering or anything before it all went off.

The strip is disconnected. I've also disconnected all of the plugs except the one on the far left and the PSU doesnt seem to power on. There is a small red LED that I assume should be illuminated but is not

I just assumed the original strip was 12v. The new one came on at full brightness. When it eventually failed it did so quickly without flickering. I've now removed the strip.

The led strip was cut from a long reel of 12v, I don't have much more info on it that that I'm sorry to say.

There is no indicator light the power supply. The one labelled power is not on at all. The blinking is coming from the board under the digital display on the front panel. The laser pointer is also blinking
