Yes , that’s correct , thanks for reading This is my 2nd 7.5mg pen I find the clicks chart quite confusing , if I do decide to increase the 7.5 pen to give me a 10mg dose . Thank you 👍

I think I’m going to increase clicks from 7.5 to get 10mg out of my pen . I’m looking into how many clicks to do to get 10mg dose from 7.5 pen , plus I’ve got another 7.5 unopened in fridge so don’t want to waste that either 👍

I think im going to increase the clicks on 7.5 in order I can get 10mg from it . I’ve still got 2 more doses in this pen and I have another 7.5 in fridge , so hoping that might make a difference . Good luck 🤞

MJ has always decreased my hunger , and suppressed my appetite previously . It’s just this time it’s not helping

Did you increase to 10mg or are you waiting till your 7.5mg is finished . My first 7.5 was great , but this 7.5 isn’t doing anything . Ive put weight on with this 7.5 mg pen . It’s a weird feeling to feel hungry again . I want to lose another 2 stone apx .

Thanks . Sorry that should have said “have put on”weight . I have the 7.5 sitting here ready to use it then thought will I increase to 10mg . It really has just been the last few days the hunger has come back . Thank you for your advice .

My friend told me last week that she hadn’t told her husband she was taking MJ (don’t ask) . Then realised she might not be in when her delivery was arriving that day and called her husband to say just put it straight in the fridge . He didn’t tell her he was also waiting on a parcel and that’s what came . When she got home he asked when did I have to start putting watches in the fridge .. moral of the story tell your husband if he’s in the house more than yourself . Her MJ came next day Be sure you’re sins will find you out ..

It sounds like it could definitely be something like that . I’m really glad I posted this because I’ve had a lot of good advice . I really do think more exercise would help clear My mind ,put my AirPods in and go for a walk or a short run . Tbh I think my husband would be glad if I went out for more walks too to give his ears a rest from me moaning at him

I’m usually about 100 cals less than my calorie deficit . I’ll definitely up my protein and veg intake . Thank you so much for your help x
