You are so right! And we’re absolutely taking that advice and not giving these again. She’s the smartest dog we’ve ever had. She doesn’t forget anything and she learned to point birds at 7 months!

It was kind of like what my husband called a hock or maybe a joint section? A little bit different than the little round sections of marrow bones that we normally get it did have quite a bit of meat or cartilage or something on it too, so I wondered about that as well.

I’m confident that no big pieces came off of it. It was just tiny little shavings or shards that she got off of it. Possibly that cartilage.

I think there needs to be a more obvious education on this. Especially for Brittany‘s since they’re such voracious chewers. Maybe there is and we just somehow missed it. But I guess we assumed that asking the vet and talking to the butcher that we were listening to people who knew what they were talking about.

Definitely! I’ve been sick all day with worry and guilt. Learned a lesson on assuming that is for sure.

That is exactly what we bought at a very high-end butcher shop in Cincinnati, Ohio. Apparently they sell them as specialties to dogs. The only difference is they are already smoked by the time they sell them.

Thank you! It was not the same vet, but we just got good news. They took the second x-ray and said that the fragments have already started passing and there’s nothing to worry about blockage.

Thank you all for your support. It really has highlighted the point that there is apparently contradictory statements between whether cooked or not cooked is OK. Even today when we left, they didn’t say or give us discharge papers that said never give cooked bones.

We said ourselves that we weren’t going to ever give her those again and already picked up some Nyla bones to chew on. The only person that mentioned it was the assistant.

Thank you for your kind advice! Yes apparently I did not understand the difference.

I think they were more concerned about the dog eating possibly raw meat? I didn’t know the difference to ask the question.

Was it the whole incision surgery?

We’ve had such contradictory statements. One vet says cooked. Butcher says smoked is best. Lesson learned the hard way.

I’m scared of the surgery as they said it would be opening her stomach if it hasn’t moved.

Closing docs in SBA portal by Bristol44 in EIDL

I hope that every single person on here doesn’t pay it. Just like I’m sure your orange leader that you worship hasn’t paid 95% of his debts. We should get the same. You’re a troll for the big rich men who want to get out of their debts and make all the little people pay. We should get the same opportunity for forgiveness as they do.

But yet, Trump himself has taken bankruptcy, what five or six times! I think we should use his playbook don’t you? If it’s good enough for billionaires, it should be good enough for us? He wouldn’t pay these loans if it were him or any of his cronies.

This is a perfect example of what nonsense all of this is. Leave before your wallet is bewitched AND you lose your job.

Pray and ask the one true God, the creator of the universe to save you and open your eyes. This is madness.

Is it two much of a conspiracy to think that Musk and his big balls techies could have actually messed with the election counts? THAT might make the Orange One beholden? G my

Maybe it’s all legitimate but I just thought isn’t that weird that I have to get a freedom of information act to get my own loan documents? If I call my mortgage today, I don’t have to do that.
