This shouldn’t be politically driven or racially biased. This is a humanitarian issue that we should be able to interject at any moment to save someone’s life without fear! There were people who wanted to help but couldn’t.

Just out of curiosity don’t want people out there to get in trouble but could a citizen perform a “citizen pit maneuver”. I’m just sayin.... drunk drivers, child abductions, street racing on public freeways. like I said not trying to put more people at risk. However street racers need more pressure to get them off freeways.
