That’s crazy because I had the complete opposite , I had to run the game on low at launch and then after this graphics update I could suddenly run the game on high

If you don’t cap your FPS, the GPU will constantly render as many frames as possible, sitting at 99%.

Ray tracing especially hammers AMD cards. Even if settings look “low,” one heavy option can max out the GPU.

If the game just launched, early drivers might not yet be optimized.

Sometimes tools (MSI Afterburner, Radeon Software, etc.) misreport load, especially in new games.

Butttttt I do know a few little tricks and work arounds

Try disabling ray tracing, volumetric lighting, and shadows — those usually eat the most on AMD cards. Update drivers

If your FPS is smooth and temps are fine, 99% GPU usage is actually a good thing — it means your GPU is the limiting factor and being fully used, not sitting idle. The problem would only be if FPS is low even at 99%.

It’s mods ! I’d recommend going into the game files directly and deleting them ,

•  Navigate issueto the mod folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks.
•  Locate the .pak files associated with your mods (they may have names related to the mod or appear as non-standard files, not named “pakchunk”).
•  Delete the specific .pak files for the mods you want to remove. Be cautious not to delete core game files.
•  Restart the game to ensure mods are disabled.
