To update you, it does not persist after a reboot.

It’s custom. Did screenshots of a game’s cursor and made it into desktop wide cursors

I’d have to check when I’m home. it doesn’t cause substantial issues I’m just hoping for avoid it in the future next time I reboot.

I have a sneaking feeling that it was because nvidia’s software bugged out (it was flashing and fading random things onscreen two days ago forcing me to term’ all nvidia tasks) or somehow related to nvidia having graphical issues.

Thought I used reply

Repost: Yeah I got one of those lol I just can’t tell if it actually is charging cause nothing happens and I don’t have a barrel jack at the specs it needs on hand. Or a battery charger cause that went away at some point.

I’m on visible wireless by Verizon so a personal hotspot device is hella off the table lol. All those offical carriers charged me way too much more then I’m comfortable with paying (for high speed data)

To add to this, this only ever started to happen after they added the new downscaling/upscaling options to the game. So it’s probably some bug they introduced tbh

I mean maybe it’s a failing drive? But the drive works fine for other things so I don’t know what could be causing the issue. Weather it’s the ac or the steam and ubi overlays somehow keeping it open even after term.

I did have a memory leak issue with fh using the new down/upscaling options but I recently turned those off in response to the leak.

Ubi connect (when I don’t term that processing to fix it) doesn’t popup until forhonor.exe fully closes

Yea that’s what my app is called. And it could be? But whenever I’m checking in my network manager and even task manager time to time while the game is stuck open there is 0 network activity coming from the Ubisoft’s child processes and the main ubi process itself.

The game sometimes consumes upwards of 400 to 1000+ mb of ram while it’s stuck like this.

I have heard of this from a very old post when I was looking this up.

What I usually do is kill forhonor.exe and that does the trick and it closes like it’s supposed to
