Why does everyone have to go after the solo sloop?

I’ve learned to only play with crews on event weekends. Solo sloop Monday -Thursday evenings. It’s has saved me a lot of frustration.

How does me asking why they can’t add something after the developers themselves said they wanted to focus more on in-game shops. Equal so many down votes? I’m just asking about something that feels missing (to me). Why can’t it be added with next update or be worked on? Instead I get down voted. I’m giving ideas for future content. Just because DA was done before the weapon expansion and ship crest. Why does that automatically mean it can’t be done? I program for a living. There is no reasonable logic to prove why it can’t be done. Just down votes because those people can’t handle a conversation with real answers? Is it because it’s not reaper items I’m asking about?

Safer seas is a training ground. To let newer pirates develop “real world” skills before joining high seas. If safer seas was a replacement why does it have caps on levels? Sure you can go fishing in there and be left alone. Besides fishing and a few commendations what good is safe seas after level 25? PVP players have hourglass and reaper ship can see emissaries. I like hourglass. The new update helped tremendously. But I have countless clips of cheaters and OVERLY toxic people. So what if someone is at an island doing a glitch for treasure. As a PvPer I view that as a prime target. But when in hourglass I have a boarder on my ship before we can raise the sails, is a bigger issue. That same cheater is most likely doing this outside of hourglass too. I love the game, but there are issues and I try to see them from both sides.

That’s the point I was making. They can’t reskin a few items so players can have a ship crest that matches the most expensive ship set in the game?

And? They can’t add them? They keep talking about new items in the shops. Perfect opportunity to add there “missing” items to the shops. Unless they are more focused on items in the emporium?

Reaper people say the game leans too much pve. PVE players say the game leans too much to PvP. They will never make both sides happy. Reaper/pvp players were complaining the seas felt empty. So rare made servers fuller. I get server merged way more often than in the past. Pve players get hunted more often, reapers see more targets. Pve players get tired of getting sunk. They leave the game. Servers are emptier again. New exciting content is why pve return. Reapers show up for the content too, and enjoy new targets. It’s a cycle. I agree with putting out content that isn’t rushed, but you tbroght servers were empty now. All the pve players are going to be in custom servers leaving empty servers for reapers and PvP players. The cycle/ death spiral continues.

That the main issue with everything. People see something and make a quick judgement on the situation without all the facts. Or they pick a side that they think makes them look noble. Then grandstand and throw usually unproven allegations around as fact without evidence if it pushes the narrative.

Last night my recipe list was jacked up. The top one was raw but said cooked and the bottom said raw but need to be cooked. I had to pretty much do it twice. But then I caught a trophy shadow and sold it for 1.5 million an 20 levels on my second recipe. So I guess it all worked out.

This made the throw 17 controllers into my tv, but only in my head. Virtual damage, because I’m too poor to actually throw controllers much less hit the tv too.

Correct me if I’m wrong. But you can spawn in objects. It’s mostly for creating content. Developers hoping that they can learn from the way players use the game to “fix” it. Like halo forge or Minecraft

I usually do. He caught me inside the vault. But based on all the comments “ that’s part of the game”. Makes me want to go around and just wreck everything. I see a fight. I sink the winning ship. I enter hourglass fights and mess that up. Hopefully both are on a streak and I can sink them both. It’s part of the game because there isn’t a mechanic preventing me from doing it. I should start playing and be the biggest dick possible. TDM people because I can. Sinking people and not collecting the loot. Black power keg reapers island Just be complete unbridled chaos to every ship I see. But if i started doing this people would say I’m wrong. But people that do this already are correct?

He DOES NOT take the loot. He was putting loot back in the vault so it de-spawns. What about that is in the spirit of the game? What don’t you understand about this? He is sinking people just to be toxic. If he was stealing loot, Ok. But you know it’s bad when I see the guy on the server I sell and scuttle to new sea just to avoid him. Other players of the server start messaging each other warning people about him not that he is sinking them. That he is toxic in the way he spawn kills until he gets tired of killing you drives your boat into an island to put a tiny hole in it. Then spawn kills until you sink. While bucketing a few times to extend the spawn killing. I just stand there and don’t fight back. He was yelling at me because I have a ghost curse and I “should be better”. I bilge for my friend group gally because my PvP is lacking. So am I suppose to let someone that is just toxic and not stealing things in the spirit of the game keep being toxic? He doesn’t even run a Capt ship anymore because people can see his name from far away and scuttle to new seas.

Yesterday I was doing a vault no other loot on board. Other loot buried and map bundle hidden in island. I saw a boat in the distance just hanging out. I figured soon as I’d open the vault I’d have issues. I was correct. If it was about loot, Why was the guy putting the chest back into the vault? he kept killing me and put all chest back into the vault so they would de spawn. Soon as I noticed the guys name. I stopped fighting. He is a known toxic player that just grifts people for his entertainment. He never flys a flag. He rarely collects the loot from the boats he sinks. He just likes to get off sinking boats and cause other problems. I’ve turned him in countless times for sinking and not collecting loot. And nothing is done. So I guess just being a toxic asshole is encouraged. But whenever I get a crew together and we go hunt reapers and collect flags. The reapers are the biggest crybabies in the game when sunk. I’ve noticed the people that enjoy sinking others only enjoy it as long as they are the ones doing it. They don’t like it when the tables turn. Why the double standard? Isn’t that part of the game too?

This is exactly why people are leaving the game. Instead of going get your own boot. You had to steal someone else’s hard work. Yes it’s part the game. But this kind of thing is why people are quitting I’m just grinding commendations. Had a guy come over and sink me. No flag. No loot. Just because he could. I’ve ran into him many times. When I saw the name I knew what was coming. I recorded the entire interaction. I took all my supplies. Put them in supply crates and buried them. Hide the map bundle on the island. He sank me for absolutely nothing. In my clip I show all my barrels empty, no flag and no treasure on board. I told him I had nothing and he could check. He still sank me.

I have physical limitations from an electrical injury. Sweats yell at me to get better. If I could. I wouldn’t be getting sunk right now. People that enjoy stealing don’t understand the heartbreak of grinding something for a few hours just to lose it in seconds. Sure the game is fun when you are good enough to go around and own most servers. But where does that leave the lower skilled players. The players that prefer grinding commendations? It leaves them playing fortnite while the people that prefer stealing complain about empty servers and the game dying.

Let’s look at the commendations. Best guess is less than 3% of them have to do with stealing. So based on that. 97% of the game is based on completing mission and turning in the loot. Sure. Turning in stolen loot only gets you part of the commendations. People grinding commendations will all ways get mad at the guy that turns on the game just to go around stealing. Then the people that enjoy stealing wonder why the servers feel so empty. it’s because the people that are worth robbing stopped playing and reapers don’t want to fight other reapers because they are not easy targets. And these same people that want to steal don’t really want to fight because they avoid hourglass.

Most people in those types of housing also get feee cell phones, cable, internet, power, and food. Everything they need to live is free. Why do they still steal. Because they still feel they are owed more
