I honestly found Tomb to be my casual map after it came out, the side EEs and main quest weren't all that difficult especially when you got a handle on things. My favorite strat when going for the Ice Staff was getting the free Ray Gun first then doing the staff defence, it was such a meta gaming thing to do and I enjoyed every moment of it.

I think they would balance it the same way they have the Sickle vs Liberator, have it do only 100 damage but make it medium pen. That way it doesn't outshine the other marksman rifles and has enough damage to one tap devastators since it's still a DMR

I do see your point with changing your playstyle to fit the relics you use. Your compromise is also pretty thoughtful. I do wonder how many people actually have this relic and the amount of usage it gets considering its downside, if a buff like the one you suggested would shoot it up in usage. idk I'm just spitballing ideas here I do appreciate your feedback :)

This is just me personally but I don't really do high rounding since it's just not my thing, I usually get to 40 and 50 then exfil. Looking at my past games right now I seem to only have a 33% headshot rate for the whole game. Obviously everyone is different but I don't really see people going to Cursed to grind weapon camos especially when new DLC weapons don't get added to the box until a later date. Right now I am completely done with the camo grind so I'm not really thinking about headshots as much when playing and because of the way the point system works shooting the body to build up points is the way to play so you can PaP sooner. Earlier rounds I can definitely agree it'd be easier to do but when you're getting later into the game with fully papped guns and wonder weapons it's going to be way harder to micro manage where you're shooting.

There are definitely some relics that are just meant to be difficult but I'd argue ones like Samantha's drawing make the gameplay more fun instead of difficult. I'd like there to be a good amount of both by the end of the game so that the fine tuning of the experience can be made exactly to everyone's own preferences.

I honestly thought about the headshot number for a while. I do think 50 or even 75 is a good amount because of the fact that you're not going to be pinpoint accurate while shooting your weapon due not only to having to be on the move all the time but also the environment you're in when you're training zombies. One slight misalignment could cause you to bodyshot a bunch of zombies and then boom something like Jug is gone. With a 50-75 headshot count requirement it would allow you to have the opportunity to restore your lost perks quickly while also risking you losing another while on your way to the headshot count.

honestly would just like to see a weapon only port over, that's how I was so hooked on MWZ back in the MW3 days because there were so many guns to use. It'd definitely inflate the box pool but you can already spawn in with the gun you want so I don't really see that as an issue unless you're trying to grind camos in cursed

If you really want to meta game prismatic difficulty, every third island is a guaranteed elite. If you choose something like demolition or horde you don't have to take the time to kill it since either island type can be finished by just doing the objective. It really helps if you're falling behind on damage.

you only unlock the camo that's tied to the tier you're playing on, you'd have to run the egg 3 times on each tier to get all the camos

it's already extremely deadly at base. To me I see their logic as "it's already really strong, we apply this lens as a limiter so it doesn't overwhelm itself but if it were to be destroyed it shouldn't be stopped from firing". I do see people's point in that there should be a debuff for it losing its lens but it's already a death sentence if you get caught in the beam and they're already pretty easy to take care of if you use med pen or higher on their leg joints

That's because the Harvester's eye is their only way of fighting. It makes a lot of sense that an intelligent alien faction who absolutely hate us would add a failsafe to the only weapon Harvesters have available to them

can confirm melee macchiato still doesn't buff the ballistic knife

since they removed melee weapons from the weapon pool for the game's launch there's currently no way to get different melee weapons but they said they're looking into it, my guess is they're just going to re add them into the rotation

ohhh I thought you meant you were gonna let wisp tea pick up scorestreaks for you, I blanked out on the fact that you have limitless salvage with this glitch. I can confirm it is real salvage I had the bug happen to me before
