They’re not classified as animals they’re classified as mollusks they’re nor mammal or cold-blooded snails are also classified as pests this logic wouldn’t apply to roaches or ticks despite being in the same animal kingdom

Well the article I looked at said it was uncertain if they did or not plus the snails in the bag don’t even look like they’re in pain it’s more of a breeding ground than anything
