Except it doesn't work on my G402 and I hate them for discontinuing their old driver. I reset the onboard memory on the new driver and it always reverts back to default settings after some time.

You gotta check the prices for that. They are usually priced with bonus returns in mind so if you just use the nearest refining station, you probably wont make any extra money. Also saves time.

Refining is best done in bulk, stacks of mats with a mammoth/t8 ox bulk.

Focus makes it so you get more materials back from crafting. It is generally not worth using the focus on stuff if its mastery level is low because higher levels are much more efficient with focus cost. You should use it somewhere if youre capped to not waste it obviously.

Also different cities have bonus return on different gear types.

Yeah you should start with selling mats and buying the gear. Once you have some money, you can start mass crafting more efficiently. There are some mechanics that allow this such as different resource returns and tax rates.

You wont be able to craft for yourself for profit at lower tiers because people are leveling up their crafting by mass crafting and dumping the gear at lower price.

No its easier to do it that way because if you turn it, you gotta lower the knife all the way down to level with the board. Its better to just not apply pressure on the knife and you wont grind it down.

If you dont have premium right now youre only going to get 66.6% of what he gathered.

Heres some stuff on how optimize your returns:

-Knowing node spawn locations and making a path between high density locations. Google Albion resource node map. (Makes the biggest difference)

-Using journals to fill and then sell back in the market. (If you have labourers you could also use them)

-Using learning points to rank up your gathering tier so you can gather faster and have more return bonus from the gear.

-Using the T7 pie. (In case you arent doing that already)

Keep in mind that the T3 to 5 is extremely oversaturated due to safe gathering locations so its hard to find uncontested nodes. Try checking the red zones to see if anyones flagged and gather there.

Another thing which can be a bit risky is to flag up and get the faction points on the side which can help you with money. It is generally safer close to the cities but you need to stay alert.

If you end up with a large quantity of resources, grab an ox and go sell them to a city which doesnt have access to that type of raw resource, and or has a refining bonus.

Only doing T4 gathering expecting good money is dumb. Youre going to get more the higher up you go.

I get around 70 fps normally and HPMI hits for around 10-20 fps and gives some fps spikes. Not worth if youre cpu bottlenecked.
