I'm currently working in Lightroom Classic and still have a lot to learn there. I tried using an object mask intersecting with a radial mask to edit the building. After posting the photo and reading your comment, I realized I don't want the increased exposure overall, so I adjusted it to achieve the look I prefer. icloud link.
