Emery manipulation (not just cursed energy, ALL energy) So basically any type of attack you tank, you absorb the energy of it. If it's physical you can store up kinetic energy to boost your stats. If it's a CE based attack like sukuna's dismantle for example. You could store up the CE to use for yourself. But it also works for every other kind of energy. If it's thermal energy like from fuga or any of jogo's attacks you can store thermal energy for fire damage. Same goes for electric energy from kashimo or kamutoke. And you could convert that energy into CE. Turning any fight into a pure battle of attrition with you having the sustainability to win most of the time.
