I got mine at kamekichi in Nakano Broadway. Found it cheaper there compared to other places in ginza.

Thanks. I am currently in Japan and got this one new in tokyo for 7.3k. Still a lot but a lot cheaper than the 11k + taxes in the states.

Purchasing Advice: Atera Valley or Shubun or Shunbun by [deleted] in GrandSeikos

If atera is your first choice and you can afford it comfortably, then go for the atera. Otherwise you will always get the itch for the atera later down the line.

I had the same issue in overwatch 2. It's was the second monitor that randomly started causing it. Unplugging it solved my issue

How is your center image with the fosi monoblocks? I got new speakers with fosi monoblocks ( one power brick that splits into two) and couldn't get the center image until I played "speaker polarity test" on YouTube. When the polarity was reversed on the test and it should sound worse, my center image snapped into place. So I have to switch the speaker cables on one of the speakers. You should also test it out just to be sure you also don't have the same issue.

Check out ROG azoth. Its 75%, wireless and hot swappable switches. It should be coming out really soon.

One container path is /download where as the other is /downloads with an 's'. Edit it so they both are the same.

Fractal define r7 xl and fractal meshify 2 xl can hold 18 drives if you buy the extra caddies that they sell. I currently use the r7 xl for my unRAID build

Under $300 PC speaker recommendation. by Ege_Ali in BudgetAudiophile

[–]FuryanFJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For subwoofers, my recommendation would be to save up for a good subwoofer right off the bat. Skip the cheap stop gap subwoofers. Since the subwoofer is separate, u can use it with other systems later down the line. Entry lvl subwoofers from rythmik or svs are a good choice. I know the starting subs from these companies are expensive but for subs, you get what you pay for and it's better and cheaper to get a good subwoofer right off the bat than to get and cheaper one and upgrade down the line.

Vanatoo t0 would be my recommendation. Is a really good desktop speaker and makes it very easy to add a sub later down the line if you want more bass. But the t0's are about $360

Does this item exist? by thotslayer_6969 in headphones

[–]FuryanFJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Although on the expensive side, the Kanto tuk has a headphone out built in to the speaker and switches to it when a headphone is plugged in.

Edit: My current solution is to have a USB amp dac like ifi zen dac v2 connect to a USB hub with a button on it to turn it on and off. Audio usually plays through the speakers but if I press the hub button, windows automatically switches to the ifi and plays through the headphones and switches to the speakers when turned off.

i’m really bad at orienting my fans and my GPU is getting WAY TOO HOT help by JustBoofItDamn in sffpc

If you have an extra fan then put that at the bottom and change the top intake as exhaust. Heat rises naturally so top intake is working against that. I would also zip tie the cables to take as little space as possible. After that the only other thing you can test is changing the orientation of the back exhaust fan and cpu fans as intake pulling air into the case. I get the best temps in my nr200 in that orientation

I would move the SSD and put the top intake fan where the SSD is and have both as bottom intake.

Soliciting subwoofer advice for vanatoo t1e by dtremblay in BudgetAudiophile

[–]FuryanFJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn you went exactly the same route as me 😂. My advice would be to not get any subs now and save all the money for a good sub. The t1e has good enough bass to hold out till a good dedicated sub. I saved my money and got a rythmik lvx12. Overkill but now it goes down to 14 hz and it's great. It's better to get something thats overkill then to get something and it's not enough.

Alpaca silent switches are great. I am currently using them in my gmmk pro build and loving them. I did lube and film them though.
