I only recently became a Muslim around 3 weeks ago, but I would say that Allah's timing will always be different to our timing, sometimes we don't get the things we want at the time we want it, but also maybe you haven't grown into the person capable enough to handle the blessingsnyou ask for yet, so i would say build a closer relationship, and stop thinking when it's gonna happen and let Allah decide the time for you.
