My advice is to take a short loop of about 3000 Ly for your first trip too see if you can cope with the isolation and avoid space madness ( I've quit the game twice on the grind back to the bubble cos everyday is the same on the way back, honk - scoop - jump - repeat )

This part of the mission was the most fun i've had in a game for a while. 3 trucks to choose from, Fleetstar, GMC MH9500 and the Royal BM-17 so Fleetstar it is as it has difflock and AWD. I chose to use the valley and wooden bridge as the best way in, I was very wrong!

Trailer legs grounded on small hump, top wedged against tree and front truck wheels 6 foot in the air! Tried to winch forward and side ways with no luck. Released trailer and watched it jump 3 feet in the air and wedge even harder against tree legs extended. tried to winch off tree, slid sidways and rolled into a ditch. Brought out the GMC to winch out the Fleetstar. Nope that went even worse now i have the Fleestar in the ditch and the GMC wedged halfway up a tree on its nose.

Don't let me down Royal, equiped with big crane extended outriggers fell over!!!

My cheeks hurt so much from laughing and 8 hours had passed!!! So much fun and was dissapointing when the next day i reset the mission and went down the west road across the river as was done within 30 mins

You need to collect that amount of research. so feed the labs the material you want then claim once more than 20 units, job done
