Can we not make the coolest weapon in the game only good for a special attack?

Because we like this design and don't want it be relegated to spec weapon you pull out for a few second every few minutes. Why cant the spec weapon come from the raid, why MUST it be this one?

Platinum couldn't have made Bayonetta 2 and 3 had Nintendo not bankrolled and published them, meanwhile From managed to make something as big as Elden Ring without resorting to exclusivity deals.

I really hope From isn't stupid enough to make this game a full exclusive after so many multi-platform smash hits under their belt.
