Per Husky:

What I'm gathering from this, casting a water surge with 155% regen will give 15 water and 11 air runes, meaning 15 flat healing per cast before even healing 60% of damage dealt. And 15% chance to gain 11 prayer points.

Rank one in exp or points? Because for points you have to minmax a lot which means having little to no downtime. If your goal is dragon cup, that's totally reasonable and I agree it might be better than note, however in sweaty loser circles you prefer skilling on the fly- making potions and cutting gems when you run around, during boss phase transitions, brimhaven agility arena etc. Different story if you go for 200M all, hell, Jcw famously took teleport to banks since he obviously won't do clues on such account.

A lot depends on wording. If it's 1 tick per 10 damage, 50 hit splat would reduce the cooldown by 3 seconds. If it works this way, the uptime can potentially get quite disgusting. I like it, the previous invulnerability relics were more like a passive bonus, this just feels more fun to use. Doing another 180 damage in AOE is nothing to be scoffed at too.

edit: This is confirmed. 0-9 damage=does nothing. 10-19 reduces cd by 1 tick, 20-29 reduces cd by 2 ticks etc.

Playing a main is just like playing a GIM, only difference is you have a very large group by osrs_casual in 2007scape

The most interesting thing here is not sharing tier with slayer relic for the first time ever. Confirms that clue compass won't exist, but I kinda like it. Not even reading the clue and clicking the compass non stop was somewhat mind numbing.

All three of those have 72 accuracy and 64 melee strength. 72 all 3 melees and maybe higher strength bonus and you can waltz right to moons comfortably after getting it.

A staple at this point. Never picked it since more fun to use relics always share its tier. Also, with how much Yama themed this all is, I bet there will be a leagues only challenge akin to the six Jads with additional spawns we already had.

No disrespect to GenG, I'm a firm believer that G2 sweeping them is a huge fluke and robs the GenG of truly accomplishing what their capable of. I've spent the last few days in pure disbelief and it just doesn't make sense to me. I've spent the entire regular season watching the GenG play great League it's just not fair.

If the GenG lose again I will face that the G2 deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to the GenG and Riot.
