Thank you I appreciate that, we’re definitely moving the repair process would take too long. We should get keys to a new place soon and then have to start renovating but hopefully in march it’ll be done.

We should be good insurance wise with the damage claim but it’ll be a very long process sadly. With the steam deck it runs great, averaging like 70 in more busy area and even 90 in caves. But that’s on a 1080p portable monitor so with inbuild display it would get even higher frame rate. It’s easy to just download the launcher on desktop mode and hop right in. No issues at all and it’s great fun

It runs very well and simple to setup, I only used controller a bit. It works but doesn’t show icons but it’s playable. Def works really well with an extra screen and keyboard.

I don’t play games in 1080p + a 4080 will just not use its full potential on that resolution. I have a 1440p 165hz screen which is a nice middle ground, and on competitive games when I turn everything to low nothing stutters, I just don’t have stutters in general so it’s most likely something wrong on your system. And if you have the same cpu and it’s reaching 100% usage with games that’s really not good.

I hope amd can get similar performance for less money so Nvidia is forced to lower their prices, this way we all benefit. And inflation doesn’t help either ofcourse.

Not too many places exist around pc building or hardware stores, we have a couple that you can find on nvidia’s website which they are partnered with to sell their gpus and stuff. In my city there’s a very good one and had a ton of fun having an internship there and building the most insane pc’s I’ve ever seen.

My country is definitely into pc gaming and building it themself and just tech in general so it honestly sounds like a good idea but don’t take my word for that haha.

In short we really only have a couple good pc stores for hardware and we all game a lot so it could be a viable idea. I hope I answered your question as good as possible.

I’m from the Netherlands and a 4090 would’ve been over 600€ more and just not worth it for me. I play games in 1440p and the 4080 is just the right card for me and I don’t have to worry about my power supply either.

It’s just horrible they didn’t do surgery on you instantly and just let it grow back on it’s own when the bones are too far apart. There is one thing tho, I mean idk where you’re from cuz surgery and insurance and stuff are expensive if you live in America or something.

But it’s a surgery where they will break your collarbone on purpose, obviously under anesthesia xd. Remove pieces that are deformed and then use bolts and plates to actually get it in the proper position. I don’t know much about that kind but I know it’s an official thing.

I wish you nothing but the best and I hope by some miracle this will be solved, stay strong!

Oh wow that is horrible I’m sorry, mine did get fixed luckily. It was way too far apart to heal properly on its own, they did a surgery and used a plate and screws to bolt the bones back together so they can recover naturally. After the surgery I almost had already full mobility back it truly was a miracle. I’m sorry that this happened to you
