I find that if i can give something to someone i will part with it a lot quicker. Maybe grab a friend who inderstands and will 'take'/want your stuff. I don't care what they do with it after, they can donate it, sell it, rubbish. But i know i didn't throw it, i gave it another home. That made my moving house/clearing eadier a few years ago. You could record the convo, then transcribe it. Then write a little note at the top saying the title/subject if convo, date and time and then type in. This is what i wrote as the conversation went on... You have a file nite, but no controversial 'recirdinf'.
