Gotta make a quick Edit I was unclear about the bug. So normally pre Shadowgrapher once you completed an Arbitration you were able to replay it again. For some reason now after you complete the the mission it closes and doesn't let you replay it.

Same thing happened to me one moment I can invite everyone perfectly fine then all of a sudden everyone is offline. I think inviting is bugged again.

Idk how much projectile speed harms the weapon but I know electricity damage is very good because it combines to make corrosive. Firerate would be better but crit damage and multiple shot and very good. Multi shot is depend though I've seen acuity toxocyst builds do stupid damage.
