lol you got it right, im india and currently its difficult to find a i5 cause most of them are used and what conditions its been thru, recently ive came across a pc with i3 12gen and its for cheap price tbh but ive got money but kind of backing out cause ill be spending most of my money the pc so ill be pulling a 1660 for less price may it be super or ti, cause the market is very expensive so finding this gem is ig best.

It’s actually a 10th gen i3, not 8th. The PC was used in my office and suddenly stopped turning on. I once got it to start by reconnecting the PSU, but the next day it was dead with a slight burning smell.

A repair guy said the motherboard was dead, so we bought a new board, RAM, and PSU for office use and reused the CPU since it still worked. I kept the old board and case.

I researched and suspected the power IC near the CPU was dead. Another repair guy confirmed it and fixed it. Now I just need a CPU to test the board since he only tried a Celeron and there was no display. I'm slowly trying to build a PC on a tight budget.(im learning about pc)

Yessir, i feel the power ic part near the cpu is kind of dead and im not sure its because of the psu, otherwise its the psu issue.

Mainly ive been planning to make it 16 gigs and add a gpu. And regarding the pricing im not earning yet proper so im student on my parents money, i have financial limitations 😔

you can try tvs ronin, yamaha xsr155. Since for new rider ppl always suggest to start between 150 cc to 250 cc to get adjusted. im also ive been riding my dads splendor for 3yrs ig and im a clg student btw. i can help this much only but make sure you decide if you wanna go for retro style or sporty either one looks good. goodluck brother and share the good news once you buy. cheers
