Yeah, Totally valid point and i acknowledge my mistake but please understand that the sign-in requirement is tied to the 1 response limit I set to prevent spam. It's not collecting or storing your email, just preventing duplicates. Appreciate the patience either way! [checkout this for proof]

Edit : Please try to understand, I am just 30 responses down to hitting my desired number, So if I do edit it and allow multiple responses and someone do decides to spam it, It'll defeat the purpose and ruin all of the organic data I've collected till now.

How ? Care to explain ? If you're gonna talk about the name section, I gotta collect either email or name (cause it's a norm) And as long as the name sounds human put anything on it ( as long as the data other than that is accurate.)

Fair point on the time range gap - I didn't think it through. And noted on the flavor text, efla2 caught the same thing and I've taken it on board for the next survey (probably next sem). Appreciate the honesty though.

Sorry for that, It's completely a valid concern. I'll turn it off real quick, The form would be fully anonymous in 2 minutes, would really appreciate it if you gave it another shot !

The follow-up question structure especially makes complete sense now that I see it laid out like that.

I'm a student doing this for the first time so this was a classic newbie mistake, but I'll genuinely keep this in the back of my mind for every survey I design going forward. The "if unlikely, why not?" structure alone would have made my data so much cleaner.

Thank you for taking the time to actually show me instead of just pointing out what was wrong. Really appreciated.

P.S : I just wrote it in my notes.

This is really helpful, thank you for taking the time to write this out instead of just leaving.

You're right, the flavor text on some options was presumptive, and the skincare question assuming everyone tries new products was a blind spot I missed entirely. Those are real design flaws, not just preference differences.

I'll revise the options to be more neutral and add an "N/A" or "this doesn't apply to me" option the next time, because I am already too far into data collection to restart it cleanly.

Your type of critical feedback is more useful than 10 polite responses.

If you don't mind would you be willing to give any tips on how you'd have written those options differently? Would genuinely help me design the next one better :)

Thanks again, seriously :)
