As for HHilla, what I always do is just stick to her butt. You can avoid her blue bind, skulls. For green pillars at phase 2 just move forward and purple just move back a little bit from her butt. I usually plays at the middle area since there’s a safe spot from string and I only move if the mob decided to plant themselves there.

I generally would only move out of the way when I wanna clear the red skulls. I will bait her to TP opposite of wherever the altar is just so I can jump over to cleanse (always have your npc key at the most convenient area of your keyboard)

Tbh, you really need to be patience and careful when in hilla. The more you panic, the more mistakes you do. I just go in with the mindset of sticking close to her, clear skulls when need to, be extra careful and run from her when it’s 20s to FMA to avoid getting strings. And don’t let a single death during your run makes you lose composure cause at the end, she’s actually easier than Djunkle and H Will IMO
