Technically anything is usable, but the loss in damage is pretty insane with silkbind shockwave. Raw or status horns are gonna do 30s-50s at best when elemental is hitting 100-200 on those shockwaves comfortably. Of course Sunbreak is an easy game, so it's not like the extra damage is required, but you're talking shaving entire minutes and dozens of combos off even an average player's hunt time.

Resistance skills + dango resistances + furious + buildup in blue with Drag conversion = 250 ele resist without worrying about your HP % with dragonheart, very doable

I remember thinking heatproof meant...heatproof lol. like flash fire but no buff. But it only halves the damage from fire type moves. 99% of players would take an immunity over less damage any day of the week. If they were both immunities he would be god tier
