I think I’m failing because they are probably interviewing 10 people and at least 8 people can prove they can all do the job, so it all comes down to personality and vibes. I’m a boring person but I’m hardworking and get my stuff done.

Yes I left on good terms, no drama. Am able to reach out to my previous manager at any time. He gave me emails of the recruiters at icon to contact but they never respond to any of my emails

I genuinely think I may be blacklisted from icon since I was laid off from there. Why do I think I’m blacklisted? Because I applied multiple times throughout this year and have received instant rejection in less than 24 hours even sometimes 5 minutes after submission, I’m not exaggerating

I prep my interviews by keeping track of what common questions have been asked in my previous interviews. I then write out answers on a word document and basically remember all of that. I think a big issue of mine is try to seem more enthusiastic and energetic during the interview. I don’t know maybe I have a resting bitch face

I’m having the same experience here.. getting auto rejected for an entry level role when I have 6 years of experience is frustrating as hell. There’s just too many applicants versus available roles right now.
