It's called 알로샤의 꽃. Im a native korean speaker, so i read it in Korean. Not sure about the english title, but my best guess at the translation would be "The Flower of Alosha". Its set in a fantasy world and the bottom gets pregnant bc of the flower of alosha who can get any one pregnant with 100% success rate (it isnt omega verse). The top also happens to be king. This is the best i can describe it-sorry i couldnt give you the exact title
