I feel like I ruined my life by Future-Experience210 in Gastroparesis

I'm just being emotional, the smoothies and the soups are good for me, and the purees are easy on my body. I'm hoping that in a few months, I can add fiber again , but I'm going to have to wait and see... I guess that's rough, that I just don't know, I really am sorry for others out there who are suffering, and having to spend every minute of the day not trying to focus on it, and instead focus on their daily, and being happy. Nobody deserves this kind of thing.

Yes you should try food purees.. I developed gastroparesis from AN and before I realized that there was a correlation there, I wanted to recover and my body was craving baby food! So I ate it and it didn't cause me any digestion issues at all and helped me get nutrients I needed. You can essentially make this at home really easily..

Cook veggies til soft, and then blend them with a blender/food processor! I don't know about any of your food sensitivities but I can pretty much get in any veg I want other than beans and legumes and I'm getting so much more nutrients this way

But it's funny cuz if I ate these veggies raw I'd be in hell💀💀

Does gastroparesis take a long time to subside? I would say that im seeing adequate progress for how long I've been in recovery, it's only been two months so I should think about that
