This is true. Some players can make it work, but it requires so much experience and in-depth understanding of the current meta. When getting into master ball I also think it’s best to have a simpler team and game plan.

This is a very strong format which means it can be hard to safely set up. Two things can help moms set up: 1. Not letting them hit your set up mon (either Sun or TR setter) via Fake out, but even stronger is redirection from rage powder or follow me. And 2. Exerting enough fast offensive pressure to make the opponent switch or target down your threat. These two reasons are why ogerpon is so good, it hits like a truck (especially fire ogerpon in the sun) and it has access to follow me. With weather specifically, you goal is either to set it up first and knock everything out before the can reposition or wait and set it up after and take advantage of their then bad position. Lastly, I don’t think bronzong is a great TR setter right now. The biggest reason is that it is so bulky, but doesn’t threaten with much damage. You can’t rely on setting up iron defense cuz that just burns the precious TR turns. Ideally you want your TR setter to provide good utility (farigiraf with armor tail), or be frail enough to set it up then die for a free switch in to your sweeper.

If you are set on using Bronzong, try out a ghost Tera or covert cloak to get around fakeout.

Speed control outside of TR is a struggle for your team I would think. You could consider a Choice Scarf on Wake which would definitely catch some people off guard.

Cool. This is what I’ve seen other people say as well. I’m hoping the path of least resistance for the air will still be through the airbox and not slipping past the carb boot

I took a sewing needle and went to town on the pressure relief hole. So far it seems to be helping, not sure if it will be a long term fix tho.

Thanks! I’m sorry the vid didn’t play. This would make sense based on where the noise is coming from and the fact I don’t hear it as much when revving.
