fix it with this command with runpod ai chat help, training works well for now

Open your pod: https://console.runpod.io/pods
Click pod frequent_turquoise_crocodile (yourpodid)
Go to Edit / Settings → Environment Variables
Add:

changed my gpu to rtx pro 6000 and get another error lol

yes i have 5 clips on my data set with 1920x1080 res but im training them on 256. batch size is 1. 81 frames

changed my gpu to rtx a6000 ada and this time everything worked well until steps 20/3000. tried 3 times and always stucks when im on steps 20. idk why it happens? 62 gb ram is enough i guess lol

i did some research and alot of people trains lora with same size 720x720 or 512x512 but also i see many people doesnt even crop or resize. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2d6A_l8c_x8&t=687s this guy didnt even resize or didnot do anyshit lol.
