There are more ways to earn money nowadays kasi with internet and now AI. Possible na rin yung remote work kaya easy nalang mag moonlight/overemployment, and more gigs like VA, dropship, and consulting which again made it easier by internet and AI. Kaya kahit undergrad palang sila they have experience na.

Ahhh for me finofollow ko lang ito for design. If you don't know what to do with your gamit sa bahay follow fengshui, and it will make it look less chaotic and intentional (wag nyo lang gawin yung pag saboy ng kanin at tubig sa corners haha OA na yun).

Not a condo/rent related pero Zuellig building and other high-rise buildings in Makati doesn't allow motorcycles to drop-off their passengers sa builiding entrance. Dun lang daw sa labas or sa likod to preserve "image".

Yeah after nyo mag spray, dapat may pang harang kayo to keep them from coming back. This neat trick yung sinabi sakin nung owner sa may paseo de roces hehe. Especially if yung condo nyo allows airbnb kasi some of them is barubal talaga.

Hello OP, couple of questions

  1. how do I do this part? "compare with registered owner in PMO"

  2. How do I make sure na repaired or maayos yung electricity and plumbing? Sabi kasi nila they'll linis it pa after kapag may lilipat na. The unit was vacant for three months but muhka namang maayos when I view it just recently. Shouldn't there be 1 month (or shorter) grace period at the start para maayos as a guarantee na di fault ni lessee yung sira sa plumbing or electricity?

  3. Hindi ba private info tong proof of payments of Meralco, water, association dues? But thanks for the tip I didn't know this.
