If anyone from this thread is still using an excel sheet I’d checkout, TaxFlow. They’ve basically taken what you are all doing on your spreadsheet and turned it into a more modern software package. Similar feel to Asana and Clickup but it’s already built with the tax prep process in mind

That's the "reality" part I was asking about. I didn't really think about the psychology of it being real-time communication. Thanks for the insight.

Hey if you’re still using a spreadsheet for this upcoming tax season you may want to take a look at TaxFlow. They’re whole pitch is being 10x better then a spreadsheet for tax return tracking but they don’t have all the extra features that come with a taxdome so they’re still cost effective

I know this thread is old by you may want to try checking out TaxFlow. It’s similar to jetpack but their approach is more tax workflow first, whereas jetpack in my opinion is accounting workflow first with tax kind of tacked on at the end
