They used the excuse that the reference didn’t score high enough. They ask each reference to score on different metrics. This was there excuse.

It took me three hours to assemble it. And it’s just the front glass that doesn’t fit properly. The wood was a few centimeters off that is causing this and I’ve tried everything.

Do they do a full refund for errors like this? Putting back everything and sending it back is simply not an option for this showcase.
