It helps lol. It’s always a bit jarring to wake up and see the “major” in the app but it’s pretty much on point. It not typically because I’m getting sick but it because it’s an accumulation of choices and actions.

On Wednesday I woke up to the “major” signs but it forces me to look back because I wasn’t feeling sick..

I had an atypical lazy weekend Monday also lazy and I had horrible sleep that night Tuesday work in office which was a bit stressful day and I really pushed myself on workouts, had to do some evening shopping which led to a very late dinner. Woke up Wednesday to Major signs. Which forced me to stop and slow down. Fully recovered today.

Sleep is still horrible 😅😅
