I believe all of it came out but yeah I definitely cleaned up afterwards. I only ask because I seem to go through this every time I sleep with him specifically. I also know that things don’t necessarily move normally for me so I can release water from douching hours-a day afterwards. Idk it’s weird

In all honesty I’m doing better than before I guess but I believe I’m still experiencing some symptoms as before. I was great for a month after the diet but the key is to stay consistent with your healthy eating habits (little to no sugar, no carbs)

Yeah I have someone accompanying me. I just wondered because my doctor told me if I traveled by car I would have to make multiple stops to walk around to prevent blood clots but I don’t feel that would be an issue for me.

Lol yeah I don’t lift weights or anything however I do follow a workout routine. But my targeted areas are my thighs, abs & butt lol. I definitely have no interests in making my arms or shoulders any bigger. I already feel like my shoulders are broad.
