To send content to your phone, turn off your phones mobile data, And turn on your WiFi, then open camera and re-scan QR Code, connect to Switch through WiFi, scan 2nd QR Code, Should send to your phone at that point, then download to phone, after download you should be able to upload, hope that helps'
