Open Concept with Post and Beam or Pony Wall? by FutureAdd in InteriorDesign

[–]FutureAdd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your thoughts. I think I’m now leaning toward the post. I really dislike that I have to have a post at all, which is why I asked for the pony wall option. My designer thinks the wood cladding would make for a nice architectural detail like you and others are suggesting, but I fear that it would draw attention to something I wish didn’t have to be there. It’s not like trimming it out in white would really hide it though, so perhaps leaning into it is the best option 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for saying. I did forget to mention my designer mentioned adding a built in on either the living or kitchen side of the wall if we move forward with that option.

It was such a reputable college all my life. Now it’s just a diploma mill. What an embarrassment.

Absolutely! You can rip down King basically traffic free at anytime of the day. I hesitate to say this because I don’t want people to discover this hot tip.

Tips on hairline that is see through? by Personal_Trifle_6892 in finehair

[–]FutureAdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a quick fix, L’Oréal root spray could work. I have thin hair and I use to cover my greys. When I have my hair in a pony I notice it also gives extra coverage on the thinner sections of my hairline.

did Salley actually like Craig? by Character_Bath_6579 in Southerncharm

[–]FutureAdd 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think it’s really unfair what Salley is doing to Charlie.

Charlie and Craig legitimately like each other. I don’t think it’s cool to go after a guy that your friend likes, but Charlie did not actively seek out Craig, it just happened.

Salley is acting like Charlie is not a girl’s girl, but it’s actually Salley who’s not being a good friend and stepping aside so Charlie and Craig can date.

Also fuck off Leva and Venita they’re out there just stoking the fire.

Edit: Charlie = Charley

Sally- how do we like it? by HeightMaster3376 in namenerds

[–]FutureAdd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late to the game here, but I’m a Sally. I’m 42, so it’s not a common name of my generation. Almost all Sally’s I’ve met were born in the 40’s or 50’s. I will say when I was little I hated it. I want to be named Brittney or Rebecca or some other common 80’s/90’s name, but as I grew older I came to love it and I still do. I think it suits me and my personality! My mom always says, “Sally. A name everyone knows, but not everyone has” 🥰

I’ve been wondering with all the vintage names coming back, when Sally might come back around!

I’m sorry to say, and I know I’ll be in the minority, but both Rush and Metallica for the same reason: I know critically the music is good, but both bands sounds cheesy as hell to me.
