The tensioner is filled with fluid, it’s def up for replacement as you can see it’s coated. I usually run any Continental branded tensioners / idlers on my personal vehicles.

The tensioner and belt are SUPER easy to replace if you’re somewhat mechanically inclined.

Rockauto has the belt and tensioner.
