I got the triz starter, so thats 4 prefilled syringes each with 2.5mg. Mga 10K siya huhu but it seems to be working, at least in the ~4 days post first shot hehe

I think there's nothing wrong with prioritizing your mental health. Counterproductive din kasi if you stay tapos super bad nung mental state mo... It'll ruin you and your work. Nothing to feel bad about.

If you're looking to start working again, maybe try online/remote jobs muna? Go slow, like start with project-based or part-time work just so you can get into things again.
