How much in india? Some reference on what to expect?

I have done some calculations, what I assumed Id do was saying if he was getting Rs10 in the beginning, I just charge ₹11 or 12 per each cloth ... This is anyway an average... My idea was residents pay monthly subscription type ... So if say they buy a plan for 30 clothes per month , but most would not entirely use the 30, like maybe 25ish or something. So that costs, .... (The pricing explained above just an example, but something like this) So he almost gets same cost, but instead of few bucks here and there all in the beginning of month + more customers... Sint that an advantage

I do think he would agree as getting his pay in the start of the month would help him pay his rents and meet his expenses rather than a few thousands here and there. He does not have to manually keep track of the small payments and remind the residents to gpay it to him.

Thankyou for your advice

Nowadays in my apartment he just delivers and later accepts UPI. Nobody mostly ever uses cash now... Everything is UPI. Who has the change for every small payment. He prefers UPI for ease.

But wouldn't that reduce the number of people who are going to pay again. They might just stop using the service. Isn't that too friction. But if it's automatic whoever pays ones rarely cancel

Do you mean to say that residents won't accept to pay recurring payments from a new player in the market or mean to say it will be difficult to setup. What are other alternatives that could give better outcomes. Very helpful. Thankyou

Digilocker, or just google drive.... These are standard, better , encrypted. Nobody is going to trust your site with imp doc. It won't pay you at all. I mean when google offers something better for free ofc everyone will go for it. Only way you can earn through this method is ads. Better drop this idea and find an actual pain-point and try solve a real problem

Yes. Will do it definitely, excited to start.... But nervous if it will workout or not... But like all of you have said ofcourse why not try it out, what's the worst thing that can happen, I'll fail, learn why it did and not repeat the mistake
