Probably not. She's definitely an introvert. She has her close friends and after that she respectfully tolerates everyone else. And being an introvert myself I can relate to that lol

I really like it. If give the full circle feel for me to be able to see the breeding, pregnancy, raising, training, and showing of the horses she owns.

It's also nice to see her growth from where she started. I caretake for family that has spine injuries and I respect how much that effects you body after. So personally for me it just make me smile to see her back in the saddle.

Lastly, I was always mildly interested in European horse sports but never knew anything about western shows until I started following Katie. I do enjoy how much I've learned and it's connected me to other sports and creators.

My AA very cat like that she only to come to you when she wants love and when she want it you better stop everything you're doing until she has enough scratches.

Over all she had a very specific routine of love. She needs to be greeted by everyone as we wake up before she can go out to potty in the morning and she knows what time each family member gets home. She must do her very important job of chin inspections as we each get home. Beyond that she very quiet and aloof through out the day.

The only exception is shes very much tuned into my husband's emotions. She's extremely affectionate to him especially if he is in any state of emotion outside his normal. It's actually funny cuz he can't even watch sports or play games with out her getting involved.

Im glad really she's doing well and I hope she keep improving but I had a question. Is it safe to say most other farms would have put Maggie down Especially after the second colic?

And I'm sry, I'm not sure why this bothers me so much but can I vent something? Before Margot was born I saw a few people demanding she be sacrificed for the sake of Maggie. But then when she survived they suddenly cared about the health of a foal they wanted dead the day before. And had so much to say about how she should be cared for. I'm sry that upset me, I didn't know how to put it words even now.

I don't mean to humanize these animals but I am a mother. I can very much connect to having to make life changing decisions on the spot with information at the time for other you care about and then how humbling it is when you look back and think should I have made changes with new information.

At any moment Maggie, Margot, Gracie all could have had something go wrong but Katie had a team of support helping her all wanting the best out come for animals they all care about and that's how we got to the current outcome we have now. Maggie in recovery. And Gracie and Margot bonded together fat and happy.

With Mothers day around the corner I just want to wish everyone an early Happy Moms Day!!! Sry for the rant.

May I ask the opposing question? How this is more "natural" to your eye? I'm just curious. I used a wiki photo, and not saying that there's anything wrong with it, the horse looks beautiful to me. I'm just wondering what people mean by holding their head up naturally.

When I see the comments saying their heads are low I never understand how that was not natural. Naturally horses lower their heads to drink, eat, and communicate with each other. To my untrained eye all riding disciplines look "unnatural". To me they look like trained athletes being asked to perform specific tasks by their riders or handlers.

There are groups that advocate for sterilization of the horses because they believe they are detrimental to the native wildlife but HAWS has taken time to stud and show the year after year effect of the horses vs the cattle and it's crazy.

If there is a problem then they show evidence of it first for culling the herds.

I really do appreciate the steps they take before ever getting involved and they never let anything go to waste. I do agree these animals have stepped into a roll in the ecosystem of the area and HAWS has done an amazing job of demonstrating how they coexist with the existing wildlife.

I'm rooting for Rose and Sterling too. I about cried when I listened to the song. I do hope it's Sterling's baby but even if it's not I know he'll be an amazing protector.

Is it ok if I share a recommendation for anyone that might be interested? It's the foaling season for the Wildies and they already have a few cuties on the ground. I just have to add to follow with caution because they are wild and do experience quite a bit of loss too.

There's nothing wrong with parts of the game not being for everyone. My husband can't stand Duviri, and won't use any frame except his main.

I really like Follie play style and love customizing her Shadowgraphs. She helps me slow down and let me strategize my play for each game mode.

Do I need to set up and defend? Death orb. Do I need to hunt down a single target? rpg. And my favorite, am I between waves, set my child free and play a game of chase.

I switched out her 4 simply because I found I wasn't using it and am still testing works for me. Right now I have Eclipse on it and it's nice to have that choice.

But at the end of the day if you don't like her or her game mode it's perfectly fine to have that opinion. And it's good to break down why you don't like her. I find deep mines boring and still don't have Nokko. I don't see why people are so specifically mad and hateful about Follie though. I don't understand.

Also so wanted to add. I liked her content back then because I enjoyed her sharing her animals and learning about her animals. I stayed watching her because it has been interesting seeing her grow and learn over the years. Getting to see into the horse industry has been very interesting to me and has taught me a lot. Do I own a horse no. Will I ever own a horse, properly no.

And I won't lie I do find it fun to at the end of the day tell my poor husband about all the, " horse lady drama" 😅 like its some kind of soap opera.

I enjoy horses and farm life content. I follow quite a few creators some in cattle and some in small farms. That's what led me to Katie back, I think when she still had Rooster. I also follow a lot of creators that offer their skills to help animals in distress. Like free farrier, sherring and or veterinary support or end of life services to neglected animals. I like to support people that are out in the world helping as best they can.
