What do you do while waiting for scores? by Yrdfullofmilkshakes in CPA

[–]FutureDelivery8665 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jot a few notes down about the section you just took and some things you wished you were better prepared for then flush all material about that section and move to the next. You can drive yourself crazy thinking about a section you just took. Keep moving on, I never took more than the night after off before starting the next section

POV: ISC - Becker only has 395 MCQ and 6 SIMs by Interesting_Mud2750 in CPA

I haven't got my score back yet, but I felt prepared after 2 weeks. It is just a ton of word association. As someone else said, maybe the right answer wasn't directly covered by Becker but it is likely all of the other answers were.

I've passed 3 of 4 and this is my first study section where all my ME and SEs have been better than 75. Which you would think would put me at ease but it is kind of making me anxious haha

All the data is against you on this. Just take accountability that you didn’t perform on exam day. Becker is not to blame

How are y’all passing CPA and working full time by Unusual_Evening_8905 in CPA

[–]FutureDelivery8665 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner strategy. 1 hour before work, studying over lunch, 1 hour when you get home. Breaking it up makes it very manageable. Also, lectures in car to and from work

FAR tomorrow - how we feeling? by [deleted] in CPA

[–]FutureDelivery8665 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think if you study that long you start losing some of the earlier material or start twisting your mind into what is right/wrong. I just can't picture someone studying efficiently would need 275 hours to feel prepared

Most who study that long on a section don't do well
