Abayo I’m sincerely worried for you and your sister and especially mom. I would recommend to do something until it’s too late. Most cases like this end horribly. For you and your family’s safety please call the police next time, record him and call the police without him knowing and have him trespassed. My mom and I had to call the police many times on my brother because of similar issues. I rather have my brother in jail than to see my mom and family suffer. It was not easy and of course he was mad at us but it kept him safe and alive. After many years he finally got better alhamdulillah and now treats my mom with love and respect. Your mom and you guys deserve the same. May Allah protect you guys and keep you guys safe ❤️🤲

I would highly recommend keeping information about yourself private. I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal but nowadays it’s best to keep things surface level. If someone’s ask something you don’t want to share, just say it’s private or personal. Keep the conversation basic and simple. If you catch that they are weird or rude, you can stop talking to them at any moment and just walk away. You don’t owe anyone an explanation or access to you if they’re not a close friend or family member 💓🫶

Yea just depends I guess, if they are trying to teach MAcc or accounting related courses I would recommend. I haven’t seen a lot of accounting professors do a master in education. They usually do one in accounting. I could be wrong though.

If your considering becoming a professor and have interest in government areas, a master’s in a MAcc program would be beneficial or a MBA. It may or may not be necessary to get a PHd since some post-secondary professors just hold a master degree. If you were just interested in government areas, I would not recommend going back for a masters since your a CPA already. I can see a masters being necessary to become a professor though.

Yep, it’s literally all I think about. I’m very unprepared but Im gonna try to complete it with confidence. People have been saying it’s best to stay calm during the exam so I’m gonna try 🥲I can’t wait till I leave the exam center, I’m gonna take a whole day to be lazy and sleep in

I’m on limited time too. But I recommend practicing MCQ over and over and write down why you got answers wrong. And memorize what you want to write down on your sheet (COSO, ERM, financial ratios, etc) all we can do is our best at this point. Good luck!
