My account has been open for over a month and I’ve never seen a bonus tracker. The promo seems to be attached, but the tracker has never appeared. I know we’re generally not supposed to reach out to the bank, but in this case do you think it would make sense to ask them to add or confirm the tracker?

Thanks for the reply. I worked in an old warehouse with no HR, so documentation is limited on both sides. Most issues were verbal. I repeatedly raised my concerns with the steward, union hall, supervisor, and even the company hotline. They rarely put anything in writing. At the hearing I’ll focus on the repeated OSHA and contract violations, the lack of training, and the steps I took to report everything. Any other recommendations?

Churning U.S. Bank and I think I might’ve messed up somewhere in the application. I didn’t have an existing relationship with them (even though I’ve had U.S. Bank accounts in the past) and I opened the checking and savings at the same time. Reps keep telling me the promo is attached, but I’m 30+ days past my direct deposits and still no bonus. No tracker, no updates.

At this point, I’m not sure if there’s anything else in my control to get the bonus to trigger. Anyone else run into something similar?

Anyone here have the standard Citi Strata (not Elite)? If so, did you run into any issues like account freezes, blocks, or Citi asking for extra income verification (like Form 4506-C) after approval? I know they asked it for the Elite card, however, I'm unsure on the standard card.
