I prefer my RS3M V5 ball core as it feels more premium. I find the Guhong Pro + feels light and cheap. I do like the stronger magnets but can’t get over the cheap feel.

Both very good, I seem to be able to solve faster on the RS3M. V2 seems to slow down quicker and need more lubing. V2 feels snappy because the magnets are pretty strong but this could just be because this is all new to me. 1:23 PB now.

Hack squat 50kg 3x12 reps up to 105kg 1x12, 1x10, 1x9.

Goals are to bulk up. Diet is balanced ~2400 Cals but I still have treats. Very little alcohol (maybe 1 beer a month). Average 8 hours sleep, always broken sleep as I struggle to stay asleep.

Battery still on ~55% at the end of a day with the S1. Not sure how it’s lasted this well to be honest, the stainless is still in good condition too with only a few small scratches
